Hi, I’m Desi!

Founder of The MindForm Method.

I help women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in survival mode reconnect with themselves and create real, sustainable change.

MindForm brings together the tools that helped me heal and the tools I now use with clients into a clear, practical 9-step method you can use in real life.

JOIN THE COHORT

Not a quick fix. A method you can repeat for life.

The MindForm Cohort is where you go through the method together, with structure and support.
Each week for 4 weeks a new module opens inside your portal, you’ll join a weekly live group call for coaching and Q&A, and you’ll have access to the Teachable community for check-ins, questions, and accountability as you apply the tools in real life.

 What is the MindForm Cohort?

MindForm blends three evidence-based approaches, so you change the pattern at the root, not just “thinking positive.”

Inside the Cohort: we name the pattern, drop the shame, and shift the story underneath it.

Thoughts • beliefs • habits • patterns

Inside the Cohort: you’ll learn practical tools to interrupt the loop and respond differently in real life.

Values • strengths • resilience • joy

Inside the Cohort: you’ll build what supports you long-term so the change actually sticks.

If you’ve been holding it together, this is for you.

You overthink everything and feel stuck.

 You people-please, then resent yourself.

You can’t switch off, even when you’re exhausted.

You start strong, then fall off.

You feel behind, even when you look fine.

You’re doing the work, but it isn't sticking.

You want calm, consistency, and self-trust.
You’re not broken. You’ve been protecting yourself.

What changes when you use MindForm

Rise

Habits that stick

Tiny promises, boundaries, and simple structures that build self-trust.

A new story to live from

A grounded identity shift that feels true.

Rewire

Less overwhelm, more calm

Learn to recognise your patterns and respond differently.

Three pillars. Nine Steps.
One repeatable method.

If those approaches sound good in theory, here’s what it looks like in real life.

MINDFORM METHOD

Sounds powerful… but what exactly does MindForm cover?

A step-by-step method to move out of survival mode, without burning yourself out to get there.

This isn’t another mindset course or journaling challenge. MindForm is a practical 9-step framework for the patterns underneath the patterns: the loops you get stuck in, the story you’ve been living from, and the nervous system responses that keep pulling you back.

Below, you’ll see the 9 MindForm steps — click each one to explore what you’ll learn and apply.

How it Works

empowering change

You’ll get instant access to your MindForm portal inside Teachable, plus the private Cohort Community.

Each Friday, a new module opens in your portal. You’ll work through bite-sized lessons and tools during the week, then we’ll meet for a weekly live group call for coaching, Q&A, and support.

Between calls, you’ll have the cohort space to check in, ask questions, share wins, and stay accountable, so you’re not doing this alone.

This is designed to fit real life, so you’re building change that actually lasts.

✔️ Weekly modules (released every Friday) with bite-sized lessons across the 9 MindForm steps

✔️ 25+ guided tools, prompts + templates to apply the work immediately

✔️Weekly live group coaching call + Q&A for support, clarity, and momentum

✔️ Teachable community access for check-ins, questions, accountability, and support between calls

✔️ Weekly progress check-ins + your Rise Plan (practical reset method + 30–90 day plan to keep momentum going)

Be Empowered to:

In 4 weeks, you’ll start feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control, with weekly support.

TOOLS THAT ACTUALLY STICK

You’ll map your patterns and survival loops, understand what’s driving them, and create space to respond (not spiral). We’ll set your baseline and intention for the cohort so you know exactly what you’re working on.

Week 1

Week 2-3

You’ll start rewriting the story you live from and shifting the thoughts that keep you stuck. You’ll build a simple “reset toolkit” for anxious what-ifs, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or shutdown and practice using it in real life.

You’ll strengthen what helps the change stick: values, boundaries, resilience, and your Rise Plan. You’ll finish with a clear next-steps plan you can repeat whenever old patterns show up, so you keep momentum after the cohort ends.

The tools I learned have become part of my daily routine and help me stay grounded.

Kellie - 1:1 Client

What MindForm clients are saying

We’ve seen such a shift in our daughter since learning these tools. When she’s tired or stressed she can still slip into anxious ‘what ifs’ or internalising but now she catches herself, knows how to manage the thoughts, and feels far more in control.
One of the most touching moments was reading her end of year school report. Her teacher commended her for supporting her peers and encouraging them when they were struggling. My daughter finds learning at school difficult, so that comment reminded me she’s developing self-compassion and resilience on her own journey and those skills will stay with her.
We’re so grateful, and we can’t wait to work with Desi again when she’s back.

I recently completed Positive Psychology coaching with Desi and it was amazing. Desi was incredible to work with. the workshops and tasks helped me recognise my strengths and achievements, and use them to build the future I want.

This work has the potential to change the trajectory of your life.

Claire - 1:1 Client

For the first time in a long time, I felt clear. Working with Desi helped me recognise that I had the power inside of me to let go and create a vision that truly belongs to me.

Karen - 1:1 Client

I came to Desi feeling burnt out from the demands of business life. I was overwhelmed and constantly running on stress. Using Positive Psychology strategies, Desi helped me refocus, manage pressure more calmly, and build practical habits that actually stuck. I left our sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and more in control.

Still Have Questions?

Everything You Need to Know Before You begin

How do I know if I’m ready to join?

If you’ve been feeling stuck, flat, or like you’re “functioning but not thriving,” you’re in the right place. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, try the tools, and take small steps each week.

Who is MindForm for?

MindForm is for you if you feel:
  • “I know what I should do… but I can’t stay consistent”
  •  stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, or shutdown
  • ready to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your choices

It’s especially supportive for high-functioning women who look “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside.

What’s the format of the group program?

You’ll be guided through the MindForm journey with weekly structure, coaching, and support. You’ll get clear weekly focus points, practical tools to apply, and a supportive group environment so you’re not doing it alone.

What if I’m nervous about sharing in a group?

That’s completely normal. You’ll never be forced to share. You can participate in a way that feels safe for you, whether that’s listening, reflecting, journaling, or sharing when you’re ready. It’s a supportive space, not a pressure-filled one.

Is there support between sessions?

Yes, support is available inside the Teachable community throughout the cohort. You can ask questions, share wins, and stay connected between calls.

What if I miss a session?

If you miss a call, you’ll still have the weekly module and community support to keep moving forward., replays will be posted in the portal.

Is this therapy?

No. MindForm is a coaching-based program informed by evidence-based approaches, but it is not clinical therapy. If you are currently in crisis or need immediate mental health support, please reach out to a qualified professional or emergency services.

What if I’m not sure this is the right for me?

If you’re unsure, reach out. I’ll help you work out whether the group program is the best fit right now, or whether another MindForm option would support you better.

How much time will I need each week?

Most people set aside around 60–120 minutes a week for the session and the tools. The goal is steady progress, not overwhelm.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can pay:
-$399 upfront, or
-$100 weekly over the 4 weeks
If you need a little extra flexibility, please email me and we can organise a payment plan that suits you.

How do the group sessions actually work?

Each session is guided and structured so you always know what to do. We’ll start with a short grounding/check-in, then I’ll teach the week’s focus (the tool, the reframe, and what to practice). After that, there’s optional reflection time and group discussion. You can share as much or as little as you want, and you’re always welcome to just listen. We’ll finish with a clear weekly “tiny promise” so you leave knowing exactly what to take into the week.

What results can I expect?

Everyone’s different, but most clients notice:
-less overwhelm and reactivity
-clearer boundaries and communication
-less people-pleasing and overthinking
-stronger self-trust and consistency

You’ll also finish with a 30–90 day plan so you don’t “fall off” after the 6 weeks.

Is this confidential?

I treat what you share with care and respect, and I ask everyone in the cohort to do the same. Because it’s a group space, I can’t guarantee confidentiality, but we set clear group agreements to keep it safe and supportive.
