After years of struggling with my mental health, I reached one of the lowest points of my life. I knew I couldn’t keep living in survival mode, even though I didn’t yet understand what needed to change.
Studying psychology gave me a completely different way of looking at myself. I began learning about thoughts, behaviour and positive psychology and for the first time, I started connecting my experiences with the patterns I had developed.
Knowing why I was the way I was wasn’t enough. I had to start doing something differently. I began using goals, strengths, habits and mindset tools to intentionally build a life that felt different from the one my past had shaped.
What I had learned personally and academically naturally became part of how I supported other people. I began helping people recognise their own patterns, challenge old beliefs and take practical steps towards change.
I continued my training in counselling and psychotherapy, expanding the way I understood people's stories, relationships and emotional patterns. It helped bring together psychology, CBT, narrative approaches and positive psychology in a way that felt much more complete.
Everything I had lived, studied and used with others eventually came together into MindForm my 9-step method. It was created to help people understand how their story shaped them, change the patterns that are keeping them stuck and intentionally create what comes next.
