We integrate everything into your personalised “Reset Process” and a clear 30–90 day Rise Plan. You’ll know what helps most, what to do when the loop shows up again, and how to keep momentum going after our sessions end.

We separate you from the “problem” and identify the voice behind the loop (inner critic/guard/pusher). Then we practise interrupting it with a personalised script + regulation tool that fits your nervous system, so you can respond (not spiral).

You’ll map your patterns and survival loop (triggers, thoughts, emotions, behaviours) and set your baseline + goals. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you’re working on and your first simple “reset step” for when you feel yourself slipping into autopilot.

Everything You Need to Know Before You begin

What is MindForm, exactly?

MindForm is a 6-week 1:1 coaching experience that helps you break the patterns keeping you stuck using the 9-step method: Rewrite, Rewire, and Rise. We blend story work (narrative therapy), thought tools (CBT), and strengths-based growth (positive psychology) so the change is practical and repeatable.

Who is MindForm for?

MindForm is for you if you feel:
  •  “I know what I should do… but I can’t stay consistent”
  •  stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, or shutdown
  • ready to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your choices

It’s especially supportive for high-functioning women who look “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside.

Who is MindForm not for?

MindForm isn’t the right fit if you’re currently in an acute mental health crisis or need urgent support. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms, I’ll encourage you to work with a mental health professional (and I can still support you alongside that when appropriate). If you’re in crisis or feeling unsafe, please reach out to emergency services or a qualified mental health professional first.

Is this therapy?

No, MindForm is coaching, not therapy. We can explore your past patterns and where they came from, but the focus is on building tools, skills, and a plan you can use now. If you’re in therapy, MindForm can complement it beautifully.

What will I get each week?

  • 1 x 60-minute private session (phone or Zoom face-to-face)
  • personalised tools + prompts based on your exact pattern

  • optional check-ins between sessions for support and accountability

Do you do assessments or pre-work?

Yes. Before we begin you’ll complete a simple intake + baseline scales (2–10 minutes depending on what you choose). This helps us track progress in things like stress/overwhelm, thought spirals, emotional regulation, self-trust, and boundaries, so your growth is measurable, not just a feeling.

How much time will this take each week?

Your weekly session is 60 minutes, and your weekly “work” is designed to be realistic, usually 10–20 minutes a few times a week. This isn’t homework-heavy. It’s integration.

Do I need to be “ready” or confident to start?

No. You don’t need motivation. You just need willingness. We build confidence through tiny, repeated wins, that’s the whole point.

I have ADHD / anxiety, will
this still work for me?

Yes. MindForm is designed around nervous-system-friendly, practical tools, and we tailor it to how your brain works. If you’re also exploring medication or therapy, we can work alongside that support (at your pace).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can pay:
  • $1500 upfront, or
  • $500 over 3 months 
  • $250 per week for 6 weeks (total still $1500)
If you need a little extra flexibility, please email me and we can organise a payment plan that suits you.

How do sessions work - phone or Zoom?

Your choice. Sessions can be:
