but inside I was running on stress, second-guessing, and pure survival. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly trying to “fix” myself without even knowing what I was fixing.

Truthfully, it didn’t start there. I struggled with depression in my teens, and for a long time I learned how to look “fine” while feeling anything but.There was a time I was so low I didn’t want to be here anymore. I was carrying more than I knew how to hold, and I felt lost inside my own mind.

Then my first son was born, and something shifted. It didn’t magically make life easy, but it gave me a reason to choose myself again.
























For most of my adult life, I was functioning on the outside…

It became the beginning of purpose for me. 

Patterns became clearer, the process became simpler, and MindForm evolved.

MindForm is for anyone who feels like they’re just getting by.

A turning point. A decision to get support, to heal, and to build a life I actually wanted to stay in.

Over time, through studying psychology and working with tools from CBT, positive psychology, and narrative therapy, something clicked: I wasn’t “too much” or “too broken.” I was stuck in a loop and loops can be changed.


So I built it into a step-by-step approach that helps you understand your patterns, calm your system, and rebuild self-trust, one small, repeatable change at a time. It isn’t about becoming a new person. It’s about coming back to yourself.

As I kept learning, practicing, and applying what I was studying, I naturally began creating a method that helped me stay stable. Not perfect. Just steady. I used it with myself first, and then I started noticing I was repeating the same tools with my clients because they worked.

That process became MindForm: 9 simple steps with guided lessons, check-ins, and practical tools you can actually use in real life, so you can move out of survival mode and into a life that feels steady, clear, and yours.

..and it’s also for the person who feels “fine,” but knows there’s a story underneath that keeps pulling them back into the same loops.
