How much time will it take?

Most people spend about 1–2 hours per week. You can go faster or slower depending on your format and personal pace.



Is MindForm the same as therapy?

No. MindForm is a coaching program. While it draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, it is not clinical therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional or emergency support.
